  1. Accuracy and Truthfulness: All information provided in listings and user profiles must be accurate and up-to-date. Listings or profiles containing misleading or incorrect information will not be accepted. Users may be held accountable for concealing or misrepresenting false information in their profiles or CVs.

  2. Listing Type and Profile Sharing: Listings must only be for job positions. Users may only share their profiles and CVs for relevant job applications. Sharing profiles or using them for other purposes is prohibited.

  3. Listing Title and Profile Title: The title of the listing should accurately describe the job position and include only relevant information. Similarly, profile titles should be accurate and professional. Misleading or sensational words are not allowed.

  4. Description and Profile Information: Job listings must include full details about the position and job requirements (position, job description, required skills, salary, etc.). User profiles must include work experience, educational background, skills, and other professional information that is complete and accurate. Missing information may lead to the rejection of listings or profiles.

  5. Listing Category and Profile Category: Listings must be published under the correct job category. User profiles must also be categorized correctly (e.g., "Software Developer," "Marketing Specialist"). Listings or profiles in the wrong category may be deleted or moved.

  6. Listing Updates and Profile Updates: Listing owners must immediately update or remove listings for positions that have been filled or closed. Users must promptly update their CVs or profiles when changes occur.

  7. Listing Duration and Profile Duration: Listings will be active for a specified period. Expired listings will be automatically removed, but users can reactivate their listings. User profiles should remain active continuously, with content updated regularly.

  8. Contact Information: Listing owners must provide valid and reachable contact information. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date contact details in their profiles. Incorrect or invalid contact information may lead to the removal of the listing or suspension of the user's account.

  9. Listing Fraud and Profile Fraud: Posting fake listings, duplicating the same listing multiple times, or copying another user's listing is strictly prohibited. Users are not allowed to share fake information or engage in fraudulent activities in their profiles, such as impersonating others.

  10. Honesty and Respect: When posting listings or profiles, users must be honest and use respectful language. Listings or profiles containing offensive, derogatory, or aggressive language will not be accepted. All descriptions and posts must be professional and respectful.

  11. Legal Compliance: Listings, user profiles, and CVs must comply with national and local laws. Content that violates the law will be removed, and the user's account may be suspended. Using or sharing unlawful content in profiles is prohibited.

  12. Privacy Policy: Users must respect the confidentiality of information provided in job listings and profiles and the privacy of others. Sharing others' personal information without consent is prohibited. Users should only share their profiles with individuals who have consented to the sharing.
